Occupation: Software Tester by day, Superhero by night

Goal in Life: I always thought being a street performer would be a cool job, but then again, I can be a fool anywhere.

Family: I’m happily married to a technology addict, who has the maturity level of a 15-year-old and still plays video games. We have a 3 year old daughter, Cardin, who has a massive attitude but is clearly the spectacle of our lives. Come June, we will welcome a new addition to our family and the chaos will be unreal.

We also have a 6-year-old tuxedo cat named ninja (I really wanted to name him master splinter, but I got veto’d on that one). My husband and I were both born and raised in Rochester and chose to stay here and raise our daughter here; near our families. That has, by far, been the best decision we have ever made.

Where I got the name: I love to call people Lady and sometimes, when I get really exicted about a topic of discussion I say, rather loudly, LISTEN LADY. As though I need to emphasize my point with a bullhorn.

Why I started blogging: I’ve always been better with words than numbers (I will proudly defend the use of fingers for counting) and I decided that I needed to chronicle some of the most ridiculous things in life with some humor.
